First Run Configuration Wizard

It is necessary to create a "First Run Config" script, that will allow users to configure mousetrap using the console when it is being run for the first time. If the text config is not desired then launch the prefferences gui and let the user config mousetrap trhought the GUI.

The basic idea is the creation of 3 new flags:

--text-conf To launch the text configuration ( If mousetrap is being run for the first time then it will be launched automatically)

--gui-conf For gui absed configuration. ( If mousetrap is being run for the first time and this flag is used then launch this gui instead the text conf)

--no-conf Not configuration even if it is the first time.
