New Events Handler

The mosuetrap events handler must be improved, In the current version it is based on simple conditionals that check a dictionary containing the required events.

The new events handler will be programmed based async checks based on state events:

For Example:

1) Point Mapper Events
2) Click-Dialog events ( If the click dialog is active not Point Mapper events will be processed)
